Baby Bloom Booth Registration

Presented by EveryStep’s Healthy Start Program and the Community Action Network

Thank you for your interest in hosting a booth at the Baby Bloom resource fair for new and expecting families! The event will be held on Sat, June 25, 12-4 p.m. at Martin Luther King Park, 1650 Garfield Ave., Des Moines. Booth registration deadline is June 10, 2022. We encourage your organization to share information or education that pregnant and maternal families need to know. The event will be held rain or shine. Booth hosts are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs and (if desired) a small event tent to allow for wet weather. Only limited space will be available for booths to move indoors or under shelter in the event of rain, so please plan accordingly. If you are not able to bring requested items, please email ltaft@everystep.org with your needs. If we can provide for you, we will let you know. All sales or transactions are prohibited. Booth hosts must arrive between 11-11:45 a.m. and complete set-up by 12 p.m. Tear down will occur between 4-4:30 p.m. If you have questions, please reach out to Lanette Nelson at lnelson@everystep.org. Please complete the form below by June 10, 2022 to request booth space. After receiving your registration, we will send you a confirmation message, and additional details will be provided to you as the event approaches.
