EveryStep Appoints Five New Members to Board of Trustees

EveryStep is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Boyington, Howard Eaton, Lacey Grubb, Matt Koopman and Ali Payne to EveryStep’s Board of Trustees for a three-year term.

Ryan Boyington, a partner at Storey Kenworthy in Des Moines, has also served as the company’s director of office products and most recently, vice president. He previously served as supply chain planner for 3M and international logistics coordinator for John Deere.

After graduating from Iowa State University in 1994, Howard Eaton began a successful executive leadership career in customer service and sales leadership, working for five different Fortune 500 companies. He currently is an entrepreneur and investor with ownership interest in several businesses in financial services and real estate.

Lacey Grubb of Clive is a 2008 Iowa State University graduate. With a career that includes events management, Grubb is currently the owner of Lacey Grubb Meetings & Events in Des Moines.

Matt Koopman earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s degree from Arizona State University. He is chief financial officer for Mom’s Meals in Ankeny, which is majority owned by Cressey and Company.

Ali Payne is an organizational engagement/culture expert and an award-winning thought leader. Recognized for her work in the industry, Ali was named the Employee Benefit Adviser’s Wellness Adviser of the Year in 2018. She currently serves as president of organizational engagement at ethOs, a division of Holmes Murphy & Associates.

EveryStep is a nonprofit health care and human services organization which annually serves more than 60,000 Iowans. EveryStep is known for its ability to help patients, clients and their families, and to support community partners as they navigate challenges, address complicated care issues and achieve high-quality outcomes.
