In 2021, EveryStep improved its onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they feel skilled, informed and well-prepared during their first two weeks before fully taking on their roles. Here’s what a few new employees had to say:

I felt that I learned a lot about the technology and applications that EveryStep employees work with on a day-to-day basis. Vaccinations Encouraged

EveryStep is committed to nurturing a workplace culture that embodies teamwork, compassion, excellence, integrity, and respect. EveryStep respects individual choice and trusts individual staff to know what is best for their own circumstances.

EveryStep strongly encourages all employees and volunteers to get the COVID-19 vaccinations (initial and boosters as available) and annual Influenza vaccinations. These vaccinations are not required as of 8/1/23 but are strongly encouraged for the health of all staff and patients/clients and for the reduction in exposures and spread of infectious diseases at EveryStep. Should an increase in viral activity, a pandemic, or other situations occur impacting the health and safety of EveryStep employees, volunteers, or patients/clients, this practice will be revisited.
