Good Grief Golf Outing 2025 is a Booming Success
PLEASANT HILL, IOWA -- It was a beautiful day for golf thanks to a fantastic group of golfers and a wonderful cause bringing them all together on June 27th at Terrace Hill Golf Course in Pleasant Hill.
The 2025 Good Grief Golf Outing resulted in more than $60,000 raised to fund grief and loss support programs for EveryStep. 144 golfers comprising 36 teams joined EveryStep staff and volunteers under beautiful blue skies for a full day of golf and fun.

The biggest attraction was the cannon launcher on hole 11. For $10, golfers could forgo their driver and instead fire the ball out of a compressed air cannon at the green. More than two-thirds of the golfers opted for the high-power option.
Golfers could also spin to win mulligans and automatic birdies or challenge for an instant birdie with the ‘Hit the Target’ challenge on hole 13. The day wrapped up with a raffle that included Tito’s Vodka and Dewar’s scotch golf gift baskets.
