Medicare Survey Results Prove EveryStep Delivers on It Promise of Exceptional Hospice Care

Earlier this year, EveryStep was voted as the best non-profit in central Iowa in a survey of Business Record readers.  There is another survey whose results EveryStep is just as happy to celebrate. 

In a post care survey of hospice patients and their families, EveryStep outperforms both the state of Iowa and the national averages in a number of key categories.

“These numbers just highlight our promise to treat the whole patient and support their family,” says Kristyn Mercer, Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services. 

In nearly every metric that is measured by the survey, EveryStep is setting the curve and scoring above the state and national averages.  This includes 95% of respondents who say they would recommend EveryStep to someone else. 

Every care provider likes to claim that they provide the best patient care, but Mercer says these numbers prove that EveryStep backs up its claims.  “This is a way for people to fact check our claims about the quality of our care,” she says.
