Why I Enjoy Working at EveryStep: Home Care

When you spend all day caring for others, it's important to know that the organization you work for cares for you, too.  At EveryStep, we strive to ensure our employees feel just as supported as our patients and clients.

To this end, EveryStep recently received its seventh Top Workplaces honor by The Des Moines Register.  This recognition is a testament to the employees who make EveryStep the organization it is. 

For 111 years, EveryStep employees have provided compassionate care to patients and clients across the state. With more than 30 programs, EveryStep strives to reach those in our communities at every step of their lives. 

EveryStep Home Care does just that, providing coordinated care that allows individuals to continue living independently following an illness, injury or medical condition. From offices based in Creston and Des Moines, EveryStep Home Care team members provide care to patients in the their homes throughout the following counties:  Adams, Boone, Adair, Clarke, Dallas, Decatur, Jasper, Madison, Marion, Marshall, Polk, Ringgold, Story, Taylor, Union and Warren. In the coming months, EveryStep Home Care will be expanding, offering care to even more counties in rural, southern Iowa.
